Shipping policy
Where we ship We currently ship within India only.
Processing time Orders are processed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time Once dispatched, delivery times vary by destination:
- Uttar Pradesh: 3–5 working days
- Rest of India: 5–8 working days
- Remote areas (North East states, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep): 5–12 working days
These are estimates, not guarantees: once a parcel is with the courier its progress is outside our control. Add 1–2 working days for order processing before dispatch.
Shipping charges Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown to you before payment. Prices displayed on product pages include tax; shipping is added separately. Uttar Pradesh – ₹49 Rest of India (excluding Remote Zone) – ₹99 Remote Zone – ₹129
Tracking We ship with India Post. When your order is dispatched we email a confirmation with the tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active on India Post's system.
Addresses and failed delivery Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully before paying — we dispatch to the address given at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because nobody was available across the courier's delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost, or refund the order less the shipping already incurred.
Delays outside our control Courier disruption, weather, strikes, and public holidays can delay delivery. We will keep you informed where we can, but we are not liable for delays once the parcel has left us.
