Terms of service

These terms govern your use of ozindgroup.com and any purchase made through it. The site is operated by Ozind General Trading Pvt Ltd, a private limited company registered in India, with its registered office at Building No. 10/B, Ward 11, Chully, Ernakulam, Kerala 683581, India. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping any account credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative: colour, grain and finish vary between batches, and leather in particular is a natural material with natural variation. Weights and dimensions are nominal and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — including after payment, in which case we refund in full — where the item is out of stock, where the price or description was published in error, where we cannot deliver to your address, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photography, graphics, the Ozind name and marks, and the Kingsbridge and Veggie Pure brands — belongs to Ozind General Trading Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, to extract its content by automated means, or to impersonate any person. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

9. Third-party links

The site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

10. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the site and its content are provided as they are, and our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on the site at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Grievance Officer for Ozind General Trading Pvt Ltd is Mr Ajith Sukumaran Krishnakumari, Director.
